Kelp-Meal-in-a-Bucket (10 lbs)

Kelp-Meal-in-a-Bucket (10 lbs)

10 lbs of pure growth Kelp Meal in a sealed 2 gallon bucket.

For thousands of years coastal dwelling cultures have known the benefits of using sea kelp as a plant fertilizer. If you're going to put anything on your plants, kelp should be that something.

Though kelp does provide good amounts of Nitrogen (N) and Potash (K) necessary for plant growth, its true magic is via its numerous trace elements (including iron, magnesium, boron, calcium and zinc amongst many others), over 70 minerals, vitamins including B1, B2, B12, C and E, stress inhibitors which help plants cope with extreme environmental conditions, amino acids and particularly the growth hormone class of cytokinins. These hormones promote cell division and growth during every stage of plant development which means that if applied when growing, your plant will show more vegetative growth (leaf and stem), and if applied during flowering or fruiting, your plant will show more bud sites and help provide larger yields. pure growth Kelp-Meal-in-a-Bucket is best used as a soil conditioner or side dressing, but can also be used in a tea as a foliar spray or soil soak. Kelp truly is a magic potion in horticulture and it's all 100% natural and organic, and stimulates the beneficial organisms in your garden or pot and improve the quality and texture of your soil. It works great in sandy soil as well as harder clay soil, and your plants will love it.

At pure growth organics our meal is made by using the highly treasured Norwegian Kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum) which has been slowly dried at a low temperature to preserve its beneficial properties, and desalted before being ground, and the entire process is made in the USA from harvesting to packaging.
